What type of personal information does neesa collect and process?
NEESA will collect from your relationship and use of our products and services, the following data or data categories are; identification and contact data (e.g. first name, last name, date of birth, language, country from which you are operating, email address, phone number, house address etc.); personal data; financial data such as credit cards, mobile money number which will be used as payment processing medium whenever any purchase of our items, or in the case of returns for transfers, the account number for which we need to process the refund or purchase; data observed in the purchasing of our products and consumer behavior; user data of the NEESA website or app and browsing, in accordance with the cookies policy. Depending on the service and functionalities requested, some data may be required mandatorily as they are needed for providing the service or product you require or in order to allow to access that function. Therefore, the data are necessary for correctly fulfilling our obligations under the contract which arise from applicable legal or regulatory provisions. Failure to input these data may result in the inability to complete your registration as a user or the inability to receive such services or products or to benefit from the functionality required.

Returns and Exchange Policy
Online returns policy
Items must be returned 14days of the purchase date, unwashed, unworn with the tags attached and the same package of which the item was in. You are responsible for bearing the delivery/shipping cost to our address and back; in the case of exchange.
Refund Policy
As soon as the item is received, an email will be sent to confirm and you will receive your refund within 5 to 21 working days depending on the financial medium used in purchasing the items.
