Where are you located?+
We are based in Ghana at 33rd Soula Close, North Labone Avenue, Accra and also East Legon (A&C Mall), Ayawaso West, Greater Accra. You are welcome to visit us or shop online and have your order delivered to you.
Are your products ethically made?+
Yes — all Neesa Atelier pieces are proudly designed and made in Ghana. We are committed to ethical production practices and supporting local craftsmanship.
Do you use sustainable materials?+
Yes, we do. We consciously source materials that align with our values of sustainability and responsible fashion.
Do you offer collaborations?+
Yes, we are open to collaborations. Please reach out to us at sales@neesaatelier.com with your proposal and we will get back to you.
Products
Do you sell garments separately or as a combo?+
We offer both. Some pieces are designed as co-ord sets and sold as a combo, while other garments are available as individual separates.
Do you do bespoke or custom orders?+
At this time we do not offer bespoke or made-to-order services. All our pieces are available in the sizes listed on the product page.
Do you have gift vouchers?+
Yes, we do offer gift vouchers. Please contact us directly at sales@neesaatelier.com to arrange a gift voucher for your loved one.
Orders & Returns
What is your return and refund policy?+
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on purchased garments. However, items may be exchanged within 24 hours of purchase provided they are unused and in original condition with all tags intact.
How can I track my order?+
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking ID from our shipping partner. You can use this ID to track your order in real time via the shipping company's website or app.
What if my package is lost or delayed?+
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us immediately at sales@neesaatelier.com. We will liaise with our shipping partner to resolve the matter as swiftly as possible.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?+
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express. International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Do you offer payment on delivery in Accra?+
We do not offer payment on delivery. Full payment is required at checkout to validate and process your order.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Visa, Mastercard, bank transfers, and Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo) for Ghana-based customers. International customers can pay securely via Flutterwave using their preferred card.
