Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note:
* Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
* During collection launches, promotional periods, or high-demand seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successfully received.
Domestic Shipping (Ghana)
We offer nationwide delivery across Ghana.
Estimated delivery timelines:
* Accra: 1–3 business days
* Outside Accra: 2–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, or public holidays.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to selected countries.
Estimated international delivery timelines:
* Africa: 5–10 business days
* Europe & North America: 7–15 business days
* Other regions: 7–20 business days
International customers are responsible for:

* Import taxes
* Additional clearance fees required by their country
Neesa Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or courier disruptions.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Neesa Atelier will not be responsible for:

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the courier, Neesa Atelier cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving delivery issues with the courier service.
Pickup Option
Customers within Accra may request in-store pickup from our Labone or East Legon (A&C Mall) location after receiving confirmation that their order is ready.
